Here's another collection of recipes from the deep, dark past of the early 20th century. I can't find a copyright date (copyright applied for, but when?), but it was published in Houston, Texas, probably right around 1920
(if the picture inside the front cover – below – is any clue).

The bulk of this book is not particularly pretty, but, despite the lack of enticing images, it's still chock full o' temptation. And a few of the things I found entertaining or worthy of comment are highlighted with colored text…
