Preparing your kitchen for Lent? Molly Gavin has some help (it's a cookbook!)

 As part of the "let's scan every darned book we have in the house" project, I've got another aged, battered cookbook up and available via my Flickr files: Molly Gavin's Own Cook Book, published 1928 in Aurora, IL.  I'll be posting it elsewhere, too. I want to make sure it survives…
