A piquant option: South of the Border

Here's another foray into the archives, this time only going back until my late adolescence. This little item was published in 1979, for missionary fund-raising purposes. I think either The Bat or I picked it up at auction, & the more I look through it, the more I want to head down into the kitchen and ruin my diet…




It was printed, basically, on construction paper, so it's clearly crumbling about as rapidly as any paper product can (not to mention, the staples holding it together had started to rust, so I did my best to remove them without too much more damage to the pages). 

Other than that, it's as basic an operation as one can get. No illustrations, so you have to use your imagination and experience to excite those taste buds, but you really should go for it.
