That's HOT! Taylor Thermometers' cookbook (part 1: pp 1 - 41)

Here's another tiny recipe booklet I picked up at an auction, sometime in the early 'teens. When I scanned the front cover, I included my little ruler to give an indication of how very pocket-sized this thing is. It's also printed on something like onion-skin paper (you know – the thin stuff they usually use for printing the Bible on, so it doesn't take up the entire top shelf of anybody's bookcase), so it has a really trim profile, as well as a slightly higher degree of fragility.

Nevertheless, it's held up pretty nicely since 1926, I think – especially the recipes! I'm always partial to the stuff with sugar in it, and there's plenty of that to enjoy, here, including a series of candies named for the famous women's colleges (see the other half of the book, here, for those).
